Passionate crafter, busy momma, chocolate fanatic and occasional napper. Me in a nutshell ;.) Growing up with a Home Ec. teacher for a mom definitely gave me a love of sewing, cooking and creativity from an early age. As I've gotten older, I've built on that foundation and expanded into embroidery.

Fiber is one of my favorite mediums to work with and my fabric stash keeps growing (shhh...don't tell my husband ;.) I'm inspired by past generations, and love combining traditional ideas with a fun and fresh new twist. My hoop art pieces are a perfect combination of this... a vintage concept with new content.

A lot of time and skill goes into making each Taea Made piece. My bright and sunny craft room is one of my "happy places." Light green walls, dark brown furniture, and pops of bright blue decorate the space.
